10 Billion Naira Has Been Spent By Borno State Government On Fighting Boko Haram


According to Sahara Reporters,   Borno State government has spent more than 10billion  naira in the past four years  on fighting  Boko Haram since they were founded  in the state. After protesters recently stormed the office of the Deputy Governor in Maiduguri over the missing Chibok girls,  this new development was made known to newsmen. Deputy Governor, Alh Zanna Mustapha promised the reporters that "if we all have arms and ammunition (that we need) we can all go to (the) Sambisa forest to rescue our girls.”


However , the Governor of Borno State ,  Zanna Mustapha told newsmen that  the state government had  spent 10 billion Naira on the Islamist sect. He also said that it is a  barbaric act to think the abducted girls was a prank , publicity stunt or “stage managed.”
