That's right, in addition to its record breaking pre-sales, Mimi Faust and Nikko Smith's recorded romp has earned the most pirated séx tape of all time (sorry,Kim Kardashian) after just coming out so hard on Monday at 12:00 a.m.!
Apparently in the first 9 hours since the tape became available, Vivid Entertainment sent out over 1,200 cease and desist letters.
According to Steve Hirsch of Vivid, they are not messing around when it comes to the video of Mimi and Nikko messing around:
"If you even try to illegally download this tape we will come after you full force. We have three full-time attorneys prepared and ready to go."
