Bus Conductor Burnt To Death, 3 Others In Hospital After Dreadful Accident

An auto crash in Ibadan, Oyo State, claimed the life of a bus conductor and left three others at hospital on Monday, August 4
The accident occurred in the early hours of Monday at Idi-Arere area of Ibadan, when the vehicle, with Lagos registration number, XA 401 LRG, hit a street light pole while trying to avoid a child, who unexpectedly crossed the road right in front of the bus.
The man, who was working as a commercial bus conductor, simply identified as Tayo, was burnt to death, while three other persons in the bus, including an elderly woman, a child and a driver, sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the hospital.

Immediately after three victims got out of the bus it was swallowed by fire. Thus the fourth victim was trapped in the burning vehicle and could not be rescued.
