The superstar easily hit this coveted mark yesterday, February 19. 

The EME act now holds the enviable record of the most popular Nigerian artiste on the social media with approximately 1,000,245 followers ahead of senior colleagues D’banj (816k), Don Jazzy (719k), 2face Idibia (686k), and actress Genevieve Nnaji (542k).

Having joined Twitter on October 14, 2009, Wizkid has tweeted 31,500 times.

Interestingly, the celebrity is also ahead of the pack on Instagram with over 150k followers.
