Over the huge expanse of land, Oduah is in legal battle with Alma Beach Estate.
This was disclosed in a public notice today by her lawyers, A.CO. Agbola, Esq., ”We act as solicitors to Princess Stella Ada Oduah, the owner of all those large expanse of land measuring approximately 30,061.61 sq. metres situated at Alma Beach Estate.
The general public, especially bankers, finance houses and prospective purchasers of duplexes currently being built and advertised for sale is hereby put on notice that the substantial portion of land being utilised by the company for the contruction belongs to Princess Stella Ada Oduah and is the subject of litigation between Alma Beach Estates Limited , Enterprises Bank Limited and Unknown Persons before Hon. Justice D.O. Oluwayemi (Mrs) of the Lagos State High Court”.
A waterfront land measuring 2,000 square metres at Alma Beach Estate with Certificate of Occupancy is worth 120 million naira. With this, a 30,061 sq. metres land is estimated to be worth N1.8 Billon.
