Miley Cyrus, the twerking superstar, has decided to get a crying pussycat tattooed on to her bottom lip and share it with the world to notice. And we so noticed it Miley. 
*Sigh* With twerking and going nude not enough for Miley Cyrus, she has done something a bit more permanent and maybe a lot more regrettable.
Miley Cyrus shared a couple of pictures of her new painful inking to her Instagram account with the captions: “#sadkitty #f***yeahtulsa #lovemoneyparty #freakz.”
