Lady shares her Experience getting Married to a Man that Wants Her to Live with His First Wife

Hello people. I married my hubby few weeks ago and hubby recently mentioned to me that I will be living with his wife and children, reason being that he wants us to live as one.
Although his reason is logical because he wants his children to grow up as one as we all know the drama that can sometimes be found in polygamous homes but I don't just get it because I don't know how I can live with the other woman. I told hubby that I'm not against his children growing together as one but I don't know how I can cope with that because we didn't include

staying in the same apartment in our marriage contract. (I had specifically told him that we should agree on our do's and don'ts before tying the knot, hubby is a Muslim and I'm his second wife.)
Hubby said his decision is not crystal but I don't see it that way since he already has it in mind. He has asked me to think about it but that I should not be selfish while doing that.
Note: I don't want to put myself in any emotional trauma and I also can't fight with any woman because of petty reasons as she has warned me on phone severally not to marry her husband before we got married. Please no insult.
