Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are planning a secret wedding days before their ceremony in Paris.The superstar couple are set to tie the knot this summer, but their plans for Parisian nuptials could fall through due to French laws which require foreign citizens to live in the country for 40 days before they tie the knot.The Sun newspaper reports that although Kanye has owned an apartment in the city for three years, it's not his main home and so the local mayor will make the final decision.It is said the actual union will now take place in front of a couple of witnesses in an office belonging to the Kim's mother Kris Jenner.
