This is a sign of wickedness, no matter what your child must have done to you, you should be so eager to kill him, anyway nemesis has caught up with you, you have to face it to the end
Ilorin Magistrates’ Court remanded a Fulani herdsman, Mohammed Kariya, over the alleged killing of his son with a machete.
The tragedy was said to have occurred on March 10, when the 35-year-old suspect went to the camp where his wife, Hada Mohammed, was residing, and hacked his son Hassan to death. Police said the man also tried to repeat the act on his second son, 3-year-old Ahmed Usman, causing severe injuries on his stomach and rupturing his innards.
The prosecutor, Bilikisu Adu, insisted that the suspect can't be granted a bail, because he can commit a similar crime if freed.
Thus by the decision of Magistrate Noah Ajide, Kariya will be remanded in custody, pending the hearing scheduled for April 14.
